Piano Smithfield has a strict no child policy: no persons will be admitted under the age of 18, or appearing to be under the age of 25 without an appropriate form of ID; it is advisable to have a recognised form of photo ID with you for entry.

 

Booking:

 

If the 'from' or 'until' time for which you would like to book is unavailable on the booking widget above, we are currently fully booked at this time; however, you are still more than welcome to make a booking for an earlier time slot on the same day.

 

Earlier time slots are usually available to book up to a couple of days in advance and are generally available for one to two hours. We have fantastic live music playing every day from 6.30 pm.

 

We do not take bookings for tables which start after 9 pm:.

 

Tables will only be held for up to 30 minutes after the stated start time of the booking.

 

Due to the intimate size of our venue, we are unable to guarantee immediate entry after 8:30 pm; our door team will stop automatically accepting reservations after 8:30pm and you may need to queue for entry if we reach capacity.

 

We are not able to accept same-day bookings online. Please call on 020 7796 9777 for last minute bookings.

 

Bookings:

 

As we have very limited space and are experiencing many no-shows at the moment we have decided to request deposits for all our bookings. The requested amount won't be taken from your account unless you fail to show up, or will be running more than 30 minutes late without informing us prior to your booking time. Thank you for your understanding.

 

A completed credit authorisation will be required for all bookings:

 

For parties of 1-4  people, you will be required to complete a £30 credit authorisation form.

 

For parties of 5 -15 people, you will be required to complete a £50 credit authorisation form.

 

For parties of 16 -20+ people, you will be required to complete a £200 credit authorisation form.

 

The credit authorisation sets up a guarantee with your bank that gives us the ability to claim a maximum of £30/£50/£200 from your account in the event that you break the terms of our booking policy.

 

The terms of our booking policy are:

 

A. That you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.

 

B. That you will inform us prior to your booking time if  you will be running more than 30 minutes late.

 

*No money will be charged except in the event of these exceptional circumstances. Our credit authorisations are handled by Sage Pay, a secure third party: your card details are at no time disclosed to Piano Smithfield.

 

Your privacy:

 

Here at Piano Smithfield we take your privacy very seriously and we will only use your personal information to administer your booking. However, if you do wish to consent to receiving occasional information or promotions from us there is a facility to agree to this on the second page of the booking form.
